Your professional and personal profile
- Completed technical training, e.g., IT specialist for application development, electronics technician for automation technology, or a comparable qualification
- Initial programming skills in C#, C++, or PL/SQL are an advantage
- Willingness to work in shift operations (predictable, employee‑friendly schedule)
- Solution‑oriented, independent, and customer‑focused working style, combined with strong communication skills
- Excellent German skills and confident English skills
Your future responsibilities include
- Monitoring and ensuring the functionality of technical systems, including performance documentation and reporting (remote monitoring of automated systems)
- Acting as the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding software issues (1st‑level support)
- Analyzing and resolving malfunctions as well as handling incoming service requests
