As part of our defined growth targets, we are looking – from May 01, 2023 – for a professionally and personally convincing Dispatcher / Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d).
Your professional and personal profile
- Professional experience in truck dispatching
- Successfully completed apprenticeship as a forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or comparable forwarding apprenticeship desirable
- Willingness to work alternating shifts (early and late shifts)
- Proactive working style, ability to work under pressure, assertiveness, strong communication skills as well as result and customer orientation
- Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
Your future responsibilities include
- Disposition of vehicles in local and long-distance traffic
- Independent disposition of general cargo and complete corrugators
- Disposition responsibility for several trucks
- Efficient organization of goods dispatch, transshipment and further logistic services under consideration of quality standards
- Order monitoring and support
- Contact person for our drivers and subcontractors (m/f/d)
