Your professional and personal profile
- Degree in mechanical engineering or technical training with further qualification as a mechanical engineering technician or master craftsman (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in design and development, ideally in mechanical engineering or comparable fields
- Solid knowledge of engineering mechanics and machine elements
- Proficient user of CAD systems such as SolidWorks or comparable tools; experience in design calculations and FEM analyses is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking, a structured working style, and excellent communication and teamwork skills
Your future responsibilities include
- Development and design of assemblies, machines, and customized solutions in compliance with relevant standards and regulations
- Supporting prototype development, performing tests, and assisting in bringing systems to series‑production readiness
- Acting as a contact person for internal departments and external partners, including thorough documentation of results
- Analyzing problems, optimizing existing designs, and implementing technical improvements
- Creating innovative concepts while considering current market trends and technological developments
