- Technical interest, strong ability to grasp new concepts, independent and precise working style
- Ideally, a technical qualification
- Manual dexterity and basic PC skills
- Resilience, sense of responsibility, reliability, commitment, and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to work in a 4-shift system
- German language skills at least at B1 level
Your future responsibilities include
- Machine operation
- Machine setup and changeover
- Repairs
- Identifying and correcting quality defects in the product

- from 18,00 €/h gross (depending on qualification)
