We are hiring in the context of personnel leasing for our customer in 92637 Weiden a professionally and personally convincing Payroll specialist (m/f/d).
Your professional and personal profile
- Completed vocational training as a tax clerk or a commercial qualification (e.g. industrial clerk or office administrator)
- Ideally, practical experience in the above-mentioned field of responsibilities
- Sound knowledge of payroll tax and social security law, as well as employer-funded pension schemes
- Confident use of MS Office and knowledge of SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
- Ability to think across departmental boundaries
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
Your future responsibilities include
- Execution of monthly payroll processing for a defined group of employees
- Primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding payroll, social security, employer-funded benefits (e.g. pension plans, disability insurance), and additional benefits
- Handling of all statutory reporting and certification requirements
- Communication with health insurance funds, public authorities, and social security institutions
- Collaboration with related departments such as Finance/Accounting, Time Management, and HR
- Participation in various HR-related projects
- Preparation of reports and statistics
- Taking on general administrative tasks within HR administration
