As part of our defined growth objectives, we are looking to recruit, at the earliest possible date, a highly qualified and personally convincing Project Manager Logistics – Technical Sales & Project Engineering (m/f/d).
Your professional and personal profile:
- Completed university degree, e.g. in mechanical engineering or packaging technology, or technical vocational training with further qualification as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
- Experience in technical sales, project engineering or project management, ideally in mechanical and plant engineering, intralogistics or packaging technology
- Sound knowledge of packaging processes, transport logistics and automated conveyor systems in outbound logistics
- Strong negotiation skills, confident manner and a pronounced customer focus
- Analytical and structured approach to work, combined with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Fluent German and English, with excellent negotiation skills in both languages
- Willingness to travel regularly for business
Your future responsibilities include
- Takeover of defined projects & development of logistics concepts to support and advance the strategic development into a logistics park
- Implementation of project results or concepts after approval
- Key figure-based process analyses incl. controlling of existing subject areas and, if necessary, controlling set-up of future areas
- Support in the establishment of the management system
- Preparation of the necessary documentation within the organization (including e.g. process descriptions, instructions, forms, manuals)
- Participation in internal audits
- Processing of special tasks
