Your professional and personal profile:

  • Degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification with a focus on logistics
  • Professional experience in logistics and warehouse management
  • Experience in managing automated logistics solutions (AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, sorting systems)
  • Independent working style, initiative, leadership experience, resilience, assertiveness, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team, as well as a results- and customer-oriented mindset

Your mission: Shaping the logistics of tomorrow

As a Senior Project Manager, you are the architect of our future logistics processes. You lead complex automation projects from the initial concept study through to final acceptance (go-live), guiding a team of specialists to success.

Your responsibilities

  • Project Management & Strategy: End-to-end responsibility for large-scale logistics projects with a focus on automation and robotics (e.g. AS/RS, AGVs, AMRs, sorting systems)
  • Planning & Design: Development of innovative material flow and layout concepts, as well as process optimization (lean logistics)
  • System Integration: Ensuring seamless integration of hardware into our IT landscape, particularly SAP EWM
  • (Potential) Leadership: Functional leadership and coaching of an interdisciplinary project team
  • Stakeholder Management: Acting as the central interface between internal departments, external general contractors, and management
  • Budget & Controlling: Monitoring milestones, costs, and quality standards
