Landshuter Werkstätten, an institution of Lebenshilfe Landshut, provides people with disabilities a protected workplace tailored to their individual abilities. What was particularly impressive was the variety of work areas presented to us. The activities in these work areas are carried out with remarkable precision and dedication, which powerfully demonstrates the professionalism and commitment of the employees.
During the visit, Andreas Kaiser, Head of Business Administration, emphasized: „It’s impressive to see the drive and creativity with which the employees work to provide people with an opportunity and support them individually. With the help of specially developed devices, solutions are created for each individual workstation.”
The personal exchange with the team on site was a valuable part of our visit. The conversations not only provided deeper insights into the work processes but also highlighted the passion and pride with which the team supports the employees and pursues their goals.
