What is important to employees... – and not only to them.
During the construction of the logistics center, high-quality ergonomic design of the workplaces is also important to the management. This includes the following aspects, among others:
- provision of gentle lifting tools
- height adjustable desks
- lighting concept (warm LED light & roof domes that capture natural daylight)
In addition, employees will in future be able to have food delivered from the restaurant at BHS Corrugated to the logistics center via app. Varied catering is thus ensured.
