Your professional and personal profile

  • Completed logistics training and several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics or comparable commercial / technical training; alternatively completed studies with a focus on logistics / supply chain management
  • Management experience desirable
  • Structured, cross-process and results-oriented way of working
  • Good knowledge of ERP and warehouse management systems (SAP WM, EWM)
  • Flexibility and a high level of team spirit
  • Self-management skills
  • Confident, customer-oriented appearance and good communication skills
  • Reliability, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team
  • Good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
  • Forklift license, possibly crane license

Your future responsibilities include

  • Professional and disciplinary management of employees in Logistics Operations
  • Responsibility for and ensuring operational processes & day-to-day business
  • Ensuring compliance with laws and internal regulations
  • Responsible for smooth and timely production supply as well as the synchronization of warehouse and inventory compliance with our cooperation partners
  • Active optimization of logistics processes / performance based on defined KPIs
  • Interface between the individual areas of the company
  • Analysis and further development of workflows and processes – also in cooperation with our partners
  • Focus on essential adherence to delivery dates
  • Logistics cost awareness
